Project "Sell This House" - Weekly Update

I'm behind in my updates so I'm going to make this one as brief as possible.  It's March 1st which means it listing day!!  I can't wait to show you the finished pictures of the house.  I hope to post about them tomorrow and do some proper before and after pictures.

Cookie dough frozen awaiting house showings so I can pop them in the oven making the house smell good and to set out for potential buyers.

An organized and decluttered linen closet.  I won't tell you that I took out 2 huge boxes of linens to put in storage.  It's nice to be able to shut the door easily now.

Outside final pics. I'll retake them in a few weeks when my bulbs have bloomed.

Overnight french toast bake (has nothing to do with selling the house)  I use 1 cup LESS milk then the recipe calls for so it's not too wet.

A quick cover I made for the chaise cushion.  I think it's missing something though...

There, that's better.

Again, nothing to do with the house but I figured I had to sneak these photos in or I'd never share them.  Here's the dinner I made the other night. Pot roast venison with brown rice.
Evan helped me make biscuits one morning.
He got to make his own creation with the last bit of scraps.

Jon pressure washed the patio and side walks. Wow, what a difference!

I found something else that needed painting.  I think I've painted nearly every surface in this house.  I'm glad to have a break from the paint brush for a while.

Final backyard pictures.
Jon repainted the bench.

Look'n BEAUTIFUL! Makes me want to spiffy up my house.....but there's no WAY we'd be leaving!

And I'm sorry if I haven't kept up, but where are you guys moving to? Did you have a place picked out yet?

Thank you, Carolyn :) We're hoping to find 5-10 acres with a farmhouse nearby. Our dream is to live on a little farm and grow most of our own food while having space to spread out. :) We have a few places to go see soon but have been focusing on getting our house on the market. In this market, it may take a while to sell. Crossing my fingers it won't. :)
