With the majority of our free time being spent on house projects, there isn't much time for blogging. I skipped a Weekly Chronicle last week so here is a post catching me up.
this recipe (that I spread onto a sheet pan and refrigerated for a few hours). This doesn't store well in the fridge much past 48 hours though because polenta gives off water after a day or two.
Homemade "Olive Garden" salad dressing. Though I haven't been to the Olive Garden in a few years, I'm told this dressing is close to the real thing.
The rest of the evening included 100 hugs, 100 hoola hooping rounds, 100 noodles for dinner, and 100 sprinkles on her ice cream for dessert. I think she ended up pleased with her 100th day of school.
