Here's what we've been up to this past week.
One of my favorite breakfasts/lunches lately.... peanut butter toast with bananas and honey.
I was excited to find a recipe for Peanut Butter, Honey, Banana muffins but they fell a little short of my favorite breakfast. I'm going to tweak the recipe and hopefully post a much improved version soon.
Crunchy Cornmeal & Semolina bread - I use whole wheat flour in place of the AP, skip the sesame seeds, and quadruple the recipe so that I can put some bread in the freezer. It's a great bread and makes fantastic toast.
It sure did!
She's already started on her second project. It's a soft pink doll scarf.
