Kids In The Kitchen: Evan's German Pancake

Evan made us a German Pancake last Sunday for breakfast. He's turning out to be a great kitchen helper. He's very careful and seems to really like it.

We used Aunt Katie's German Pancake recipe. I think next time we'll use All-Purpose flour instead of whole wheat. Ours didn't turn out as light and fluffy as hers did but Evan had a great time and everyone enjoyed their breakfast.
