Kids In The Kitchen: Charlotte's Peanut Butter Balls

The recipe for peanut butter balls is so short. It's only 3 ingredients making it a great recipe for kids to make nearly all by themselves.

Peanut Butter Balls

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey*

1/2 cup powdered milk

Mix the ingredients. Roll into balls and roll balls into chopped peanuts or more powdered milk.

*The original recipe called for 1/2 cup of honey but I reduced it. Charlotte said they were still too sweet so if we make this recipe again we may try 1/4 cup of honey.

A small cookie dough scoop was really helpful when scooping the mixture.

We didn't have peanuts to chop and roll the balls in so Charlotte rolled them in powdered milk to keep them from sticking to each other.

This is one recipe I wish I could have helped eat! Too bad for that powdered milk.
