Apple French Toast Bake

King Arthur's Apple French Toast Bake
This french toast bake is fantastic. It's like having apple pie with your french toast. I used a loaf of homemade crusty bread (in place of the baguette) that I let sit out overnight to get stale.

I used coconut milk in place of the milk in the recipe.

This is a great breakfast to have when you have company in town. You can get most of it ready the night before and then bake it the next morning.
